ATC is a disabled
veteran owned
small business with a wide range of training management
and content development experience. We provide Human
Systems Integration analysis and appropriate
recommendations concerning manpower, personnel, and
training requirements, training system design,
development, test and evaluation, life cycle support,
and training/media technology.
Our experience
includes Aircraft & Weapons Systems, Unmanned
Aircraft
Systems (UAS's), Targets, Tactical Training Ranges,
Foreign Military Sales Training and Homeland Defense
Initiatives. Our capability includes training
systems design and management, platform instruction,
instructional design, technical writing, authoring,
mentoring, consulting, and simulation. These
capabilities enable us to support current Navy learning
technologies such as the Navy E-Learning Learning
Management System/Content Management Server (LMS/CMS),
and Shareable Courseware Object Reference Model (SCORM)
specifications.
Our training
professionals hold degrees in Business Management,
Engineering, Computer Sciences, and Instructional
Systems Design and Development. We employ certified and
standardized approaches to training development and are
proficient in both the Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
and Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodologies.
Our team includes retired Navy/Marine/Air Force officers
and enlisted, Subject Matter Experts, Training System
Analysts, Instructional System Developers, Graphic
Artists, and Management Analysts.
ATC has extensive
experience in the analysis, design, development, and
deployment of performance support and training systems.
We provide training system Front End Analysis (task
analysis, job analysis, individual critical task
analysis and facilities survey that identifies facility
requirements). We provide training plans which become
the principal document stating training requirements,
manpower billets, personnel, military construction for
training, and training support requirements, including
Technical Training Equipment (TTE), Training Devices
(TD) and simulators, operational equipment, training
materials and technical manuals. We provide
requirements analysis, course curriculum development and
presentation, Computer Based Training (CBT) and
distributed learning capabilities. We use the ISD/SAT
process that includes training task analyses, training
course control documents, lesson plans, trainee guides,
test packages, and training handbooks. We also insure
that all program changes are appropriately incorporated
into the training system.
As networking, web,
multimedia, and simulation technologies converge, the
use of computer and web-based training in education has
experienced an exponential growth. We explore and
analyze these technologies in order to provide
opportunities for more efficient and effective training
processes for our customers. Development of operator and
maintenance training applications provide a low-cost
means for operators and repair technicians to train and
stay proficient on operating and maintaining equipment.
These technologies enable the Navy to reach large and
dispersed student populations, allowing training and
testing to be time and place independent.
